Well, I finally made my way through all but one of the paintings in my backlog. Thanks to Brynn, these took way longer than I planned; but luckily I had patient, understanding clientele. The last painting should be done within the month (barring anymore emergencies) and I'm LOVING being back at the easel. Such a nice break from all the medical chaos.
I'm so excited about what I've recently finished, I thought I'd post them all here.

I'm on such a roll, I hate to slow down at this point so if anyone is interested in an oil portrait, I will be accepting a limited number of new clients. Oil portraits have a leg up on photography simply because they are archival, their color doesn't fade, and they give an overall sense of permanence that prints just don't do. However, keep in mind that I really require a great deal of flexibility for obvious personal reasons--after all this is my outlet, not another stressful job! :) Please email me if you're interested.
Thanks for indulging me in my shameless self-promotion. I promise I don't plan on making this blog an aggressive sales avenue for my fun side-pursuit!

Natalie... you have such a God given gift! IT's beautiful and wonderful! Thank you for sharing them with us. I still have, you probably don't remember, the pictures of the horses you drew in the back and front of my journal. I will always treasure them. :) And it'll be worth millions some day! ;) And by the way, Brynn looks beautiful, healthy, and happy.
