Ever been to a masseuse and had a really tight knot rubbed out? It is a big painful experience, but in a strange way it feels SO good.
That's what my first day alone with two kids was like. Wow. It was hard. But it felt SO good to be independent!

I remember that day really well. I had no idea how to handle a toddler and a baby together, and at the end of the day I was exhausted. But I was also a whole, new me. Well done! Are you feeling well and mostly recovered?
congratulations! As my friend says, "you aren't a mom until you have two!" It's so true! Have one kiddo is soooo easy. Just wait until the third comes along!! You'll be in the same boat I am! Good luck and keep us posted
